My interest in filmmaking began after attending the UNITED STATES SUPER 8mm FILM FESTIVAL in 1992. I was studying black & white photography at Rutgers University at the time. Since then I have been collecting still and moving images (as well as audio field recordings) at home and abroad. I often collaborate with artists and musicians who I meet along the way.
My early moving images were shot entirely on Super 8 Film. Examples of this analog film work can be found in my music video archive.
Lately, I have been documenting quiet & remote landscapes and the people and daily activities found in them. Examples of this recent sound & video work can be found in my Cargo Collective archive.
